Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs per Green Shield Binder.
• Responds to guest requests with timely follow-up.
• Maintains guest rooms and building interiors to company standards.
• Ensures fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
