Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are maintained in pristine condition. You will follow Green Shield Binder workflows and cooperate with management to meet standards.

Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, addressing work orders, responding to guest requests, and keeping the maintenance area organized with secure tool inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
