TownePlace Suites Harrisburg is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to maintain spotless public spaces and assist with guest room turnover. You will pitch in with cleaning, restocking, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a can-do attitude, and adherence to hotel guidelines. You will greet guests and colleagues with courtesy, handle supplies, and support daily operations during varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Capable of working in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective communication and guest service orientation.
• Must be 18 years or older; varied schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and colleagues with courtesy and a welcoming attitude.
• Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and restocking in public areas and guest spaces.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of hallways, lobby, and common areas.
• Support housekeeping with turnover tasks and inventory checks.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervision.
