Job summary

The Best Western Plus University Inn & Conference Center is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to guests. We have 1st shift availability for part-time positions.

Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and process payments while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment near Clemson University and Lake Hartwell. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attention to detail
• Hotel experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage all aspects of their stay with exceptional service.
• Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests, and process payments.
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs.
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
