Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate in Honolulu to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences while supporting restaurant prep and daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help ensure quality and service standards across FOH and line roles.

Qualified candidates enjoy teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quick service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Participates in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste as necessary.
• Maintains a SSAfe work environment by abiding to all SSAFETY rules.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment.
