Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a restaurant server to take orders, input them into a POS system, and deliver meals with high guest satisfaction. The role requires knowledge of menu items, alcohol service regulations, and strong teamwork. You will work on a busy dining floor and support hosts and bussers during larger events.

Candidates must be 21+, be able to stand for long periods, and meet physical demands. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of menu items and ability to explain them to guests.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations for alcohol service.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic reading, math, writing and task completion skills required.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders from guests and input into POS.
• Deliver orders following required standards.
• Prepare tableside items and anticipate guest needs.
• Complete side work and maintain stations.
• Explain menu and answer questions.
• Memorize menu and suggest dishes/beverage pairings.
• Ensure quality of food and service.
• Provide timely table maintenance.
• Assist bussers and hosts with setup and events.
• Follow SOPs for paperwork, cash, and auditing.
