Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service oriented and solution driven.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Math skills for cashiering, making change, and cost calculations.
• Strong communication and independent work capabilities.
• Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods, exercising good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders promptly.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions following SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain safety standards in the workstation.
• Assist with stocking, seating, answering phones, and general prep work.
• Support food safety programs and maintain proper logs and sanitation.
