Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Cashier/Snack Bar Associate to provide courteous, friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment in Romulus, MI. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payments with accuracy while upholding our TRIFIC values.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, food safety, and the ability to work unsupervised when needed. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to make change and use POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders quickly, offering menu recommendations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit, and refunds per SOP.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock and rotate product as needed.
• Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, uniform guidelines, and safety procedures.
