Job summary

Antelope Valley Mall is hiring enthusiastic, dependable Team Members for the Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s bakery/pretzel team. Help create moments of joy for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing, baking, and serving products to brand standards, operating registers, keeping the store clean and stocked, and working with the team to deliver great experiences. 18+ and flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older

• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
