Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner is seeking a Bell Attendant to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and support shuttle operations. The role emphasizes friendly, informative guest interactions and strong local knowledge of Tysons, VA.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintaining a welcoming presence, assisting guests with room features, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift varying amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking and standing for a full shift.
• Familiarity with the Tysons, VA area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bell Attendants communicate with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from guest rooms efficiently.
• Bell Attendants drive the shuttle based on guest requests.
• Assist with orienting guests to the hotel and its room offerings and features.
• Provide friendly, casual conversation and hotel recommendations to guests.
