Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional luggage handling and guidance for local amenities. You will coordinate with Front Office and Valet to escort guests, deliver belongings, and offer thoughtful recommendations.

The role emphasizes high guest interaction, professional communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of bell stand service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including overnight and afternoon shifts with weekend and holiday availability.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby.
• Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room.
• Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle.
• Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery.
• Amenity delivery and set up.
• Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations.
• Providing guest services upon request.
