Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner is seeking a Guest Transportation Driver to provide safe, friendly shuttle service for hotel guests. The role is part-time, primarily weeknights, with shifts around 4:00-5:00 PM, emphasizing professional, personalized guest interactions.

Responsibilities include transporting guests, assisting with luggage, and maintaining vehicle readiness. Requires a valid license, clean driving record, and English proficiency. Training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, transportation, or customer-service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from designated locations
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service throughout each guest interaction
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area
• Answer guest questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, shopping, and other points of interest
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Keep the shuttle clean, safe, and presentable
• Ensure the vehicle has adequate fuel and is ready for service
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments regarding transportation needs
• Assist other departments with hotel operations as needed
