Job summary

Sesame Place in San Diego seeks an Assistant Supervisor for Guest Arrival to lead a team of Ambassadors and ensure outstanding first impressions for guests. You will supervise, train, and support staff across areas such as parking, ticketing, turnstiles, and check-in, while maintaining safety and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will track labor, assist with scheduling, oversee opening/closing, and manage cash procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Related leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors.
• Oversee areas like Parking Lot, Ticketing, Turnstiles, and Check-In.
• Track labor, scheduling, and break management.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
• Report project status to Supervisors and Managers.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
