Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Anaheim, CA to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience. The role requires strong English communication, customer service skills, and basic money handling.

Schedule includes Monday through Sunday with competitive compensation and benefits, including 401k options. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance from the state.
• Experience: 1 month related experience or training; OR equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services.
• Assist guests with luggage and vehicle parking/retrieval.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
