Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in all weather.

Compliance with safety-sensitive employment requirements.

Responsibilities

Greet guests entering and exiting the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage and provide information on hotel features and events.
Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest requests.
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with front office, bell desk, and security for smooth arrivals and departures.
Keep entrance, driveway, and valet area clean and hazard-free.
