Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment seeks an Unarmed Security Guard for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. You will patrol, assist guests, enforce policies, and provide first aid. The role blends security duties with exceptional guest service in a high-energy environment.

Qualified candidates hold a GED, CPR, CLEET license within 180 days, and a valid driver’s license. You will work on-site across casino, hotel, and parking areas with opportunities to engage with law enforcement and prepare detailed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CLEET unarmed security guard license must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of defensive tactics and surveillance systems.
• Able to pass custody control tests and obtain gaming authority licensing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and ensure guest and employee safety.
• Inspect for prohibited items and enforce policies.
• Patrol casinos, hotel spaces, and parking areas.
• Greet, assist guests, and respond to inquiries.
• Provide first aid and assist during incidents.
• Detect and report suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement.
• Document incidents with detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with age requirements and policies.
• Assist with entry into gaming machines and escort staff.
• Interview witnesses and prepare investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of defensive tactics and surveillance systems.
