Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) to support guest experiences across our stores. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime scheduling app.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but will create your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit your availability. Attendance must be reliable, and you may be terminated for not responding to contact or not working within five months.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent guest interaction and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the guest service experience by upholding service standards.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist guests with products, services, and store features to resolve needs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
