Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to greet guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver a welcoming experience in our store. You will create a flexible schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime app, while maintaining exceptional guest service and operating with integrity.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule; you choose shifts while ensuring you engage at least four hours every four weeks.
