Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to create an easy, inspiring guest experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping visit.

You may work varying shifts, with responsibilities including drive‑up, order pick up, and registry support. Training and scheduling are managed via the myTime app, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at appropriate distances and initiate friendly interactions.
• Help guests find items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all duties.
• Be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
