Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly, helpful service in our stores. You will greet guests, assist with product discovery, and help with returns and digital tools while managing varying shifts.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program and use the myTime app to pick shifts that fit your schedule. A proactive, guest-first mindset is essential for success in this flexible, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced store setting.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to learn and engage with Target's services and apps.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests warmly.
• Assist guests with finding products and resolving issues on the sales floor.
• Support with returns, drive-up, order pickup, and loyalty enrollment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and work with team to meet store needs.
