Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will pick up shifts using the myTime scheduling app, attend orientation, and adapt to varying store needs while maintaining high guest service standards.

You will greet guests, assist with products and services, and help ensure a quick, easy checkout experience across Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and adapt to business needs.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with returns and follow store procedures.
• De-escalate situations with leaders when necessary.
