Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member. As a Guest Advocate you will help guests, drive loyalty, and deliver fast, friendly service in a store environment. You can choose shifts via the myTime app, with a focus on reliable attendance and flexibility to meet store needs.

The role emphasizes guest interactions, product knowledge, and efficient checkout processes while supporting various fulfillment services. Training will prepare you for success in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to assist guests and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work area
