Target is hiring an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests in our stores. You will work with a flexible schedule, pick up shifts via the myTime app, and provide friendly, efficient service across checkout, order pickup, drive‑up, and registry interactions.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, communicate well, and adapt to a fast paced environment while upholding store standards and safety policies. Training is provided to set you up for success.
