Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences in-store and in a dynamic retail setting. You will help guests, promote a seamless shopping journey, and participate in flexible shift coverage via the myTime app.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Explain and promote Target apps, loyalty programs, and services to guests.
• Take part in checkout and checkout-related tasks while maintaining accuracy.
