Job summary

Target is looking for an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to welcome and assist guests in our store. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, create a flexible schedule that fits your life, and complete a short training sequence to be prepared for your role.

You will engage with guests, explain store services, help with returns and purchases, and support team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Orientation and ongoing learning are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting, assisting and resolving guest needs.
• Assist guests with locating products and using Target services and apps.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment; handle transactions and support with store operations.
