Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests and keep stores welcoming. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts in the myTime app, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates.

Attendance and reliability are important, and you must work when the business needs it most. As a Guest Advocate, you will learn to greet guests, assist with products and services, and process transactions while maintaining a fast, friendly service standard.
