Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage with guests and assist with their needs. You will build your own schedule by picking shifts posted by leaders using the myTime app, and you must respond to contact attempts to maintain employment.

The role requires friendly, proactive service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and peak periods. Welcome orientation and ongoing scheduling support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members.
• Comfort with fast-paced, active roles requiring teamwork and flexibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with varying hours, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Support store services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist peers as needed.
