Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and provide excellent service across checklanes, drive-up, and registry areas. You will pick up shifts via the myTime system and complete a short orientation before starting in a flexible, high-energy environment.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, problem solving, and knowledge of store offerings to drive loyalty and satisfaction. A positive, can-do attitude and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service at checklanes, guest services, and pickup areas.
• Assist guests with products, store services, and loyalty enrollment.
• Answer questions and resolve guest concerns to enhance the shopping experience.
• Speak to benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
