Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest service and support across store operations. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and help guests understand loyalty programs and digital tools, all while maintaining a clean and efficient checkout area.

This role emphasizes flexibility, reliable attendance, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts and store needs, with training provided through Target Welcome orientation and the myTime scheduling app.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively, including positive language and attentiveness to guests' needs.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with needs and resolve concerns promptly.
• Know store tools, products and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and enrollment as needed.
• Handle tasks at checklanes, guest services, pickup, and drive-up with accuracy.
