Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service in our stores. This flexible role lets you pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app and requires reliable attendance and responsiveness to store needs.

As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests, explain products, assist with loyalty programs, and work across checkout, pickup, and drive-up services. Training is provided to ensure you can excel in a fast-paced, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others and can adapt to a fast-paced store environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist guests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient guest service at the checkout and service areas.
• Assist guests with questions, returns, and product information to enhance the store experience.
• Promote and explain loyalty programs and mobile app features to guests.
• Handle guest items with care and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Be adaptable to pickup, drive-up, and registry services as needed.
