Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to welcome guests, help with questions, and drive a positive shopping experience in our store. You will demonstrate a service culture, engage with customers, and promote loyalty programs and available services.

As an On-Demand TM, you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, with attendance and reliability critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service at the checklanes and with orders.

• Promote Target Loyalty programs and enrollment.
• Assist with OPU, Drive Up, and Registry services.
