Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Familiar with Target loyalty programs and guest features.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain current promos and help guests use Target App features.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and store policies as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
