Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests enjoy a welcoming shopping experience and to support store operations. You will create an easy, inspiring environment at checkout and throughout the store while promoting loyalty benefits.

You can pick up shifts via the myTime app, shaping a flexible schedule that works for you. Training will prepare you to deliver great service across multiple channels and assist guests with questions and services.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests clearly, smile, and initiate a warm, helpful interaction at 4ft and beyond
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Assist teammates and adapt to guest and business needs while maintaining a positive attitude
• Be familiar with Target Loyalty programs and help guests sign up and use them
