Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly, efficient guest service in-store. You will create an easy, inspiring shopping experience, help guests locate items, handle requests and drive-up/registry duties with a customer-first mindset.

Attend orientation and maintain reliability to support store needs. The role requires flexibility, responsiveness to shifts, and a commitment to excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting customers warmly and assisting them promptly.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
