Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide exceptional guest service in a dynamic retail environment. You will help guests find products, answer questions, and facilitate checkout while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role offers flexible shifts and requires reliable attendance. A short orientation and ongoing training will prepare you to confidently support guest services, loyalty programs, and pickup options across store operations.

• Support various services and promotions to drive guest loyalty and store activities.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
