Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide exceptional guest service in our stores. You will create welcoming experiences, help guests locate items, explain services like loyalty programs, and support drive-up, order pickup and registry guests.

This role requires flexibility and reliable attendance, with shifts posted by leaders and fellow team members through the scheduling app.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and fellow team members
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and maintain high service standards
• Adapt to changing guest interactions and situations to support team goals
• Promote and explain Target Loyalty and other store services to guests
• Assist with drive-up, order pickup, and registry guests as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and stock as required
• Respond to contact attempts and work shifts in line with store needs
