Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist peers as needed.
• Demonstrate a service culture and deliver accurate service at checkouts and drive-up windows.
• Be familiar with Target Loyalty programs and enrollment processes.
• Explain wallet and app features to guests and encourage usage.
