Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member as a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with purchases, and promote store services. You will welcome guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and explain loyalty programs while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

The role requires adaptable scheduling, strong communication, and reliable attendance to support store operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience; greet guests and assist as needed.
• Help guests find products, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shopping experiences.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty benefits and available services (Order Pick Up, Drive Up, Registry).
• Scan and bag items accurately, maintain a clean work area, and support team members as required.
