Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest services in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, attendance, and engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.

You will select shifts via the scheduling app, attend orientation, and work with leaders to deliver efficient, friendly service across checkout, pickup, and store services. Training is provided to build product and service knowledge.

Responsibilities
