Target in Tennessee is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will engage with guests, provide assistance, and promote loyalty programs while handling transactions and supporting store operations.

The role offers flexible shifts via the myTime app, requiring reliable attendance and the ability to adapt to varying schedules and store needs. Training will begin with the Welcome orientation and ongoing on-the-job development.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist guests in locating items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and restock as needed.
• Support other team members and adapt to business needs.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty benefits to guests as needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and follow store policies during peak times.
