Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Nashville, TN. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to pick up shifts via the myTime app. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule, but will choose shifts that fit your availability.

Successful candidates engage guests, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while delivering friendly, efficient service. Training and Welcome orientation are provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End each transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock and organize merchandise during store hours.
• Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Operate handheld scanners and use the Target app features when needed.
