Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests have a positive shopping experience. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong guest interaction, and the ability to adapt to varying shift needs.

Training will be provided to ensure readiness for the role, with the myTime app used to select shifts. You will be expected to participate in Welcome orientation, engage guests, and promote Target’s services and loyalty programs while supporting store operations and

Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
Greet guests and engage in helpful, proactive interactions at 4ft and 10ft.
Help guests find items, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy in transactions.
Support peers and collaborate with leaders to de-escalate issues and recover guest experience.
Deliver reliable service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
