Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests in-store and via digital services. You will greet customers, help locate items, resolve issues, and promote Target Loyalty programs. Shifts vary and you pick up blocks using the myTime app to fit your schedule.

This role requires flexible hours, reliable attendance, and teamwork. You must be able to stand for long periods, handle cash, and adapt to changing store needs including nights and weekends.
