Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support in-store guests with a friendly, efficient experience. You will work a flexible schedule, pick up shifts via the myTime app, and must respond quickly to store needs. Training is provided to prepare you for daily guest interactions and checkout duties.

Candidates should enjoy helping others, communicate clearly, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash register operations and transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service mindset with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels to initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
• Adapt to business needs and deliver excellent guest service.
