Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide an engaging guest experience in our store. You will create welcoming interactions, assist guests with products, and support checkout and services with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

You can pick shifts via the myTime app, with the goal of flexible scheduling and reliable attendance. Training will precede active scheduling to ensure readiness for the role.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet customers.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues smoothly.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers as needed.
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with stocking as needed.
