Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests and deliver friendly service in-store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and drive ease in checkout and returns, while staying flexible to shifts and store needs.

You\'ll use the myTime app to pick up shifts, attend Welcome orientation, and commit to a minimum engagement of four hours every four weeks. The role emphasizes communication, adaptability, and guest loyalty program knowledge.

• Greet guests and provide a friendly experience at the point of contact.

• Promote loyalty programs and answer questions about store services and benefits.
• Support operations with drive-up, order pickup, and registry assistance as needed.
