Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests and fellow team members across store experiences. You will engage with guests, handle simple transactions, and promote services, with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

Expect a flexible schedule with shifts posted by leaders or peers via the myTime app. Orientation and structured training will prepare you for the role and responsibilities within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of handling cash register operations and basic store duties.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and thank them at the end of each transaction.
• Support team efforts, adapt to business needs, and maintain a clean work area.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and direct guests to available services.
• Operate scanners and assist with Drive Up, Order Pick Up and other services.
