Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly guest service, help guests, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage a flexible schedule by selecting shifts through the myTime app, contributing to a positive guest experience while upholding Target’s service standards. Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for daily tasks and guest interactions.
