Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (TM) to deliver friendly, helpful service in our stores. You’ll greet guests, assist with questions, and guide them through checkout, returns, and store services while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll schedule shifts via the myTime app, creating flexible work hours and opportunities to pick up posts as needed. A strong guest focus and reliable attendance are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment of helping guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items and answer product questions.
• Assist with checkout, returns, and loyalty program enrollment as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
