Target is hiring for a Guest Advocate to deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them find products, resolve issues, and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and app features.

The role emphasizes a welcoming attitude, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to cover store operations and guest service standards.
